We will endeavor to get orders sent out within 72 hours however due to circumstances out of our control this might not occur. Delivery is quoted between 5 and 15 working days. This excludes goods that are currently out of stock, of which we will advise ETA's

All deliveries are fully insured, however claims must be made within 14days of receipt of goods.

Please note also that we have drop shipping contracts with some suppliers and will ship straight from these respective suppliers warehouses, rather than our own.

WE CANNOT CALL PRIOR TO DELIVERY AS WE USE A THIRD PARTY COURIER COMPANY. You will receive an automated email with Tracking Details once your order has been shipped.

WE ARE UNABLE TO LEAVE YOUR DELIVERY IF NO ONE IS HOME DUE TO THE POTENTIAL FOR THEFT.

Furniture that is not currently in stock may have a delivery period of up to 8 to 12 weeks

All deliveries are quoted for delivery to the front door ONLY (including furniture items)

We do not deliver to PO BOX'S.
