Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. We will not refund if you simply change your mind. We can however, exchange for a credit note if the goods are returned within 2 weeks unused, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase. Exchanges occurring via the post or a courier do so at the customer's expense. Fees apply to cancelled orders. General orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Furniture orders incur a 50% cancellation fee and special make orders 100% cancellation fee. |
